Lethaka Consulting comprises of experienced professionals who accepts appointments throughout the country as liquidators and/or trustees from different Master of the High Court offices;

We pride ourselves with providing creditors with cost effective and efficient solutions to the winding-up of liquidated and/or sequestrated matters;

Our primary objective is to look after the interests of the general body of creditors and ensure that the estate is finalized within the short possible time prescribed by the Act;

To accomplish these, we apply our extensive knowledge and experience in the field and provide creditors with a personalized, cost effective and efficient solutions;

Our professionals in their dealings are indemnified by the insurance companies namely; Liquidation Bonding Services and Shackleton Insurance Company against possible mismanagement of funds in the estate. We render trustworthy services that are effective and straightforward. 

These services shall be at no charge to yourselves as our professionals get paid a tariff directly from the estate in accordance to the Act.

The bank is however assured a personalized service at all times, a service which usually is not afforded to any other creditor which has not supported our professionals for appointment on a particular matter.
